Japanese superstar Kei Nishikori has withdrawn from the 24th GERRY WEBER OPEN. The No. 6 in the world and No. 2 seed in Halle is suffering a rib injury. The 26 year-old Japenese player, who was a semi-finalist in 2014 and 2015 was to play Florian Mayer on Wednesday. "I'm very sad to not be able to go on playing". Nishikori said.
